課堂由淺入深,練習各種不同的瑜伽式子! 透過練習不同的瑜伽式子,令肌肉力量得以逐步提升,加強身體的伸展能力,為進階式子打好基礎。 In this class, we aim to develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. This is designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.
