一張凳除咗坐仲有好多不同嘅用途! 靈活運用椅子的承托,提升瑜伽練習時身體的覺察和方向感,不論初學或有經驗的練習者也可以輕鬆地學習具挑戰性的瑜伽式子~不論是後灣或是倒立動作;同時可以增長沉浸在式子的時間加強各練習的滲透力。 Our chair is more than just for sitting! Chair Yoga allow us to direct awareness to different aspects of the asanas and to different parts of the body, helping us to maintain correct alignment during practice. With the support of the chair, we could stay longer and relax into challenging asanas, attaining their full benefits and to deepen into the understanding of the asanas.
