In Yoga for Shoulders, we will: - Release our locked tight shoulder muscles with the help of different yoga props to free up our shoulder joints - Through the practice of yoga asanas to establish correct actions and strengthen our muscles - A regular practice could increase muscle memory and gradually improve daily postures
